Male over age 35
Female over age 45 or post menopausal
Family history of heart attack or coronary artery disease
Smoking
Physical inactivity
Obesity
Diabetes
High blood pressure
High cholesterol level
Low HDL (good cholesterol) level

If you are currently under the care of a physician for a cardiac-related illness or have a previous history of coronary artery disease, this test may not be appropriate. Always feel free to ask your Doctor if HeartCam is appropriate for you. You should consult your doctor if you have a history of heart attack, angioplasty or bypass surgery (unless referred by physician); OR if you are male under 30 or female under 40 (unless you have a family history of heart disease); OR if you are male over 70 or female over 80.
