If you are currently under the care of a physician for a cardiac-related illness or have a previous history of coronary artery disease, this test may not be appropriate. Ask your Doctor if HeartCam is appropriate for you. You should consult your doctor if you have a history of heart attack, angioplasty or bypass surgery (unless referred by physician); OR if you are male under 30 or female under 40 (unless you have a family history of heart disease); OR if you are male over 70 or female over 80.
